Frequently Asked Questions

Friday is our most common delivery day! If we need to deliver on a different day, you will be notified.
No problem! We will leave your food on your porch if you are not there, although we recommend leaving a cooler or insulated bag if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
Our deadline for each week is Wednesday at noon. If you place an order after then, it will be added to the next week.
Never fear! If we are not in your area yet, we will be soon! We are always actively working to add shipping options & new pickup locations. If you are interested in becoming a pickup location, or would like information on shipping or courier options, please email confidentcaloriemeals@gmail.com so that we can work with you on the best option at this time!
We list ingredients & common allergens on all of our menu options. While many of our meals do not contain certain allergens, we cannot guarantee that there has been zero cross contamination. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, we do not recommend consuming our products – just to be on the safe side!
If you are following a particular diet, we likely will have meals that you can enjoy. Please check our ingredients & allergens to see if our meals line up with your nutritional needs. We do not label our products with certain diets, but all of our meals are high protein and are well balanced with carbs & fats.
All of our meals can aid in weight loss! We do not have a particular weight loss package, because that should look different for everyone! If you would like a customized package, or are interested in nutrition coaching, please contact confidentcaloriemeals@gmail.com.
Yes! Our “Meal Packages” are one time bulk meal purchases. They also can be turned into subscriptions so that you don’t have to worry about remembering to order every single week! Convenience is key!
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know at confidentcaloriemeals@gmail.com and we will be happy to make things right.
The “best if used by” date is 5 days from the date your meal was made. Each meal will have its own “best if used by” date on the label.
If you select one of our free pickup locations, you will choose the date & time window for pickup. Simply head to your pickup location at the agreed upon time & your meals will be there, temperature controlled, until the end of the pickup window.
You are required to pick up your meals during the regular pickup window. If you forget, or experience unforeseen circumstances, our locations are often willing to work with you on an alternate time, although this is not guaranteed. If your meals are not picked up before the “best if used by” date, they will be disposed of without a refund.
We do not have a storefront at this time. We do offer delivery or you can choose from our FREE pickup locations!
